| Pre-payment discounts offered for semi-annual 5% off, and annual 10% off payments.

Please note due to the nature of this product, refunds are not offered. We recommend paying for a |
month, to ensure the service will fit your needs and expectations before pre-paying larger amounts. |
| We regret having to impose this rule, however due to fraud it has become a necessary requirement. |
| Our bandwidth is very expensive and we will not sell you sub-standard bandwidth for any reason. |
BWC may at its discretion, offer a refund if we determine there is a service problem on our side. |
BWC does not over-sell its service, however we reserve the right to move a client between servers |
to maintain balanced servers and quality for all clients. We will contact a client in advance should this |
be necessary to coordinate the move to minimize any service interruptions. |
